Pam designed, conducted interviews and formulated a special programme to broadcast on local BBC radio station. Called “Fight or Flight” Pam interviewed people who survived life changing events that resonated nationally; Simon Weston – Falklands War Hero, John Peters – RAF pilot shot down and taken hostage in Iraq war, Tom Coulson – 7/7 Bombing survivor and hero, Jan Orr – survivor of the Boxing Day Tsunami and her own story of Paddington Train crash.

10 years after Paddington train crash Pam catches a train again and sums up the intervening time.
